Join us for a day on the farm shaping, cooking, and tasting handmade pasta. This hands-on workshop offers the chance to explore the process of pasta making, learning traditional Italian secrets from Lia and Lara, the female-duo behind Bacco Studio.
From 10am to 3pm, we'll gather in the greenhouse where you’ll create your own pasta and pair it with a seasonal sauce made from freshly harvested farm vegetables. While the dough rests, enjoy a farm-style aperitivo before sitting down to your pasta with a celebratory glass of wine.
